Kaplan Medical App FAQs

A mobile app for students enrolled in Kaplan Medical programs that gives you access to your Qbank in a convenient, on-the-go format.

The Kaplan Medical App is only for enrolled Kaplan students who already have access to online resources.

You can sign up for a free trial of the supported products within the app.

We're working to get more products included, but you can access your product from a web browser in the meantime.

Make sure you enter a valid email and the same password that you would enter to access your product on the desktop.
  • If you are having a problem, you can go to the login screen and click Reset password

Right now, not all products are supported within the app. Please reference the list above to see if your product is supported. If your product is not there, this means you will not be able to use the app yet.

  • You can create, take, and review Qbank quizzes.
  • You can review Qbank quizzes that you took on mobile as well as on desktop.
  • You can review your overall performance based on any assessment item you took in your product.

Currently, no. If you face a disruption in your connection, your progress will be saved you will be able to pick up where you left off when your connection is restored.
